GORILLA RADIO PRESENTS THE COLD BUCKET & HOT CLOCK TO STOP UKRAINE WAR PORNO – WHAT THE PUTIN-BIDEN SUMMIT MEANS

Behind the penetration-proof walls and the top-secret record of what was said, if the small print of their communiqués is the truth, President Joseph Biden has agreed to reduce the risk of US attack on Russia, and President Vladimir Putin to reduce the risk of Russian attack on Ukraine.

“A lot of give and take,” Biden’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan called [2]the exchange in his post-summit briefing for the press.  Reduce instability, increase transparency, de-escalate threat of war – Sullivan added. “The United States and our European allies would engage in a larger discussion that covers strategic issues, including our strategic concerns with Russia and Russia’s strategic concerns. We managed to do this at the height of the Cold War and we developed mechanisms to help reduce instability and increase transparency.”

Russia cannot accept the threat of attack from NATO’s “attempts to develop Ukrainian territory and is building up military potential near our borders,” Putin said, according to the Kremlin report [3].    “Therefore, Russia is seriously interested in obtaining reliable, legally fixed guarantees that exclude the expansion of NATO in the eastern direction and the deployment of offensive weapons systems [наступательных систем вооружений] in neighbouring states with Russia.”

“You, Americans, are worried about our battalions, on Russian territory, thousands of kilometres from the United States,” Putin said, according to the press briefing [4]by Yury Ushakov, Putin’s  foreign policy advisor and Sullivan’s Kremlin counterpart. “But we are truly concerned about our own security.”

Putin is repeating what Sullivan and Ushakov call the “strategic concerns”  — the cross-hairs warning of May 2016; the 12-minute red line warning of February 2019; and last week’s 5-minute warning of hypersonic weapon response.  This time there’s reason to believe Putin and Biden have agreed on a sequence of reciprocal moves to test the give and the take at the strategic level, not at the level of the fighting on the Ukraine front.  For the moment, these moves are semi-secret. If they don’t materialise between now and Christmas, then the promise, as Ushakov calls them of their teams and representatives “to enter into contact soon about these sensitive questions” will come to nothing.

There’s also reason to expect the last people to accept this will be the managers and journalists of the mainstream Anglo-American media and the schemers of Vladimir Zelensky’s (lead image, left) regime in Kiev. The propaganda war will continue without let-up; so will the shelling of the Donbass.

The video meeting between Biden in Washington and Putin in Sochi ran for 121 minutes, according to the White House count.  The White House photograph shows Biden had several helpers in the room. Putin was alone, according to the Kremlin photograph.

For the distinction the Russians and Americans now agree to accept between strategic threats to Russia from US weapons based in Ukraine (and close by), and tactical threats by the Kiev regime to the forces of the Donetsk and Lugansk republics, listen to the discussion between Chris Cook and John Helmer on Gorilla Radio, taped in the early Moscow morning following  the summit. For reminder, here is Putin’s cross-hairs warning of May 27, 2016 [7]:  “If yesterday in those areas of Romania people simply did not know what it means to be in the cross-hairs, then today we will be forced to carry out certain measures to ensure our security. It will be the same case with Poland.”

Then the 12-minute red line warning of February 20, 2019 [8]:  “Some of these missiles can reach Moscow in just 10–12 minutes. This is a very serious threat to us. In this case, we will be forced, I would like to emphasise this, we will be forced to respond with mirror or asymmetric actions. What does this mean? I am saying this directly and openly now so that no one can blame us later, so that it will be clear to everyone in advance what is being said here. Russia will be forced to create and deploy weapons that can be used not only in the areas we are directly threatened from, but also in areas that contain decision-making centres for the missile systems threatening us.”

The 5-minute warning of this past Tuesday, November 30, 2021 [9]:    “You have asked about Ukraine and where the red lines run. They are, above all, the threats to us that can come from that territory. If the enlargement, the infrastructure continues to be enlarged – I have said this publicly, but you are businesspeople and may not have the time to follow this, I will repeat this once again that the issue concerns the possible deployment in the territory of Ukraine of strike systems with the flight time of 7–10 minutes to Moscow, or 5 minutes in the case of hypersonic systems. Just imagine that… So, what should we do? We would need to create similar systems to be used against those who are threatening us. Can you imagine that?  But we can do this already now, because we have held successful tests, and early next year we will put a new sea-launched hypersonic missile with a maximum speed of Mach 9 on combat duty. The flight time to those who issue orders will also be 5 minutes.”
